Hout Bay is set in a seaside valley and offers some of the most beautiful scenery in the world. The town is bordered by nature reserves and surrounded by majestic mountains, including the infamous Chapman’s Peak. Steeped in history, the area boasts numerous activities – from bird & whale watching to hiking, trail running, surf skiing and horse riding. Hout Bay is still fondly referred to as a “village”, known for its quaint working harbour, fresh fish market, craft market each Sunday, and the popular array of shops and restaurants, including the well known Mariners Wharf. Llandudno’s magic feeds of its setting – nestled on and between the Klein Leeukop Mountain and the 12th Apostle of Table Mountain and overlooking white sandy beaches and the ever-changing Atlantic Ocean. Known for being host to one of the Cape’s most sheltered and best-loved beaches, Llandudno is an exclusive riviera whose white sandy coastline rank among the most breathtaking in the world. Given its location, the area is subjected to restricted development and commercial activity – leaving only a small and very exclusive stretch of private real estate.
