An exciting shop on the Main Road of Hout Bay

The creativity of the owners, Ralf and Mijou Beller is very fertile and  every item in the shop has been designed and handmade in Hout Bay. From earthy to frivolous, the choice is extraordinary and you won't leave the shop indifferent ….  or empty handed!

The jewellery under the label “Dolce and Banana”  is exquisite, original, fashionable and yet affordable.
Africa and the sea are  Mijou's  inspiration but with innovative design, breaking all the rules and the use of just about anything - shells, seeds, fabric, bamboo, sand, dyed perlemoen, sea urchins,  cinnamon and even silicone to emulate coral or seaweeds!

Ralf started 8 years ago recycling French Oak barrels with great success - photo racks, wine racks, candle holders, clocks, the choice is endless. Together with his local team they have now widened their range with delightful Palm wood sculptures with attitude!
