This recently built house is three years old and was designed by Anna Cowen. The living area is mostly open plan, with an abundance of light and space. All living rooms and bedrooms face west and have uninterrupted South Atlantic Ocean views. Some rooms also offer views of the surrounding mountains (Little Lions Head, Table Mountain, or Karbonkelberg). Whales, dolphins and seals are all seen regularly.
