Chateau Neuf Du Cap

Hout Bay has many secret treasures that are scattered across our picturesque valley. None more so than this beautifully French Provencal inspired recently restored chateau which nestles gracefully amongst the mountains surrounding Hout Bay. The views are simply breathtaking and can be enjoyed in particular from the lounge and bedrooms of this immaculate and welcoming self-catering apartment. All local amenities are close by in Hout Bay including our wonderful beaches and also the World of Birds.

The grand driveway weaves through mature gardens to the main house and private parking is designated for guest cars with a secure double lock up garage for their private use during their stay. Once inside, the apartment offers two bedrooms which sleep up to four adults, both with stunning views across the valley and beyond. The kitchen is fully fitted with all amenities, including full oven, microwave, fridge and deep-freeze, dish-washer, washing machine and tumble dryer.

The master bathroom is fitted with an oversized walk-in shower and a wonderful bath, both big enough for two!! The second bathroom offers a large walk-in shower. The lounge area looks out onto the garden and offers astounding scenery to accompany your glass of locally made wine. Views across the ocean gives the apartment a truly beach house atmosphere. A thoughtfully placed private courtyard off the kitchen offers choices for dining in or just reading and relaxing. A beautifully situated pool and sun area is for guest use. Braai/BBQ & pizza oven facilities are available on request. Thoughtful facilities include a safe big enough for a laptop, and sliding doors that fold into the walls to maximise the views from lounge and bedrooms. A TV, DSTV and DVD player are available and Wi-Fi is available on request. All linen, towels and swimming towels are provided and laundered on a weekly basis.
