Appointed to a quality standard. Every care has been taken to ensure your stay will be most memorable.

Open plan style living room with sitting furniture comprising leather sofas and armchair. Colour TV, Video and DVD units together with micro Hi-Fi system - for your enjoyment.

Dining room area with washed limed oak dining table and chairs. A Jetmaster wood burner fire provides a focal point.

The kitchen is bright and modern with ample base and wall units. Large fridge/freezer. Electric oven and hob with extractor fan. Microwave oven and dishwasher.

The small electrical appliances include kettle, toaster, filter coffee machine and a juicer. Matching china, cutlery and glasses for 8 place settings.

Laundry room adjacent to the kitchen with automatic washing machine, tumble dryer, iron and ironing board.

Main bedroom with twin divan beds and sprung mattresses. Spacious fitted wardrobes with shelves and hanging space. Colour TV.

Fully tiled en-suite bathroom with bath, vanity basin, WC, bidet and separate shower cubicle.

Second bedroom with double pine bed and sprung mattress. Fitted wardrobe and hanging space.

Fully tiled en-suite shower room, hand basin and WC.

Fully tiled bathroom with bath and shower attachment, vanity basin and WC.

Patio doors lead from the dining room to a terracotta tiled patio extending three sides of the property with a fitted braai (barbecue) and patio furniture. Retractable sun awnings are a feature which enhances outdoor entertainment.

Swimming pool has a paved sitting area for your relaxation. Sun loungers are kept in the pool room adjacent to the pool.

Secure parking for two cars.

Maid service is included for 2 mornings a week
