Description

The Manor Cottage is a lovely home set in the mountains of Hout Bay with two double bedrooms and one with twin beds; main bedroom with shower bathroom and second and third bedrooms share a full bathroom downstairs. The kitchen is fully equipped and the house is serviced daily (Mon-Fri).

The Manor Cottage accommodation includes:
Open plan lounge and dining room
Fully equipped kitchen (washing machine, microwave, cooker, dishwasher, etc.)
Satellite television (DSTV)
3 bedrooms (two doubles, one twin) and ample cupboard space
Additional full dining table upstairs, and separate desk for working on a laptop, etc

Note: The Manor Cottage affords level access from street level, without steps, useful for a pushchair/pram or the elderly.

The Manor Cottage is located in the quiet Baviaanskloof area of Hout Bay, in a quiet cul-de-sac high up on the side of the mountain. It has direct access to the mountain/walks on the mountain.

Hout Bay has numerous attractions, and the Cape Peninsula, Cape Town and the Cape Winelands are within easy reach. The Manor Cottage is 25 mins from Cape Town centre and 30 mins from Cape Town International airport.

RATES:
High season (October - April) R1400 per night for maximum occupancy (minimum 5 nights)
Low season (May - September) R800 per night for maximum occupancy (minimum 5 nights)
Peak Season
(15 Dec - 15 Jan)
 R1600 per night for maximum occupancy
